DAVID WAS GREAT !

David came out to evaluate my Mom's Heating/AC unit. We discussed repairing versus replacing a 30 year old unit. R/R was definitely the way to go. David finished the R/R in just over one day. He was honest, thorough, organized and tidy. My Mom was very pleased as was I. Thanks again to David and Stay Cool.

Great customer service, friendly and professional

The technicians arrived at the time promised. They assessed the condition of our a/c system, asked appropriate questions, and proceeded to replace the refrigerant lost in recent time. The system is working better under very adverse heat wave conditions. They indicated that the work could not be guaranteed because the system needs to be replaced due to age. They gave me an idea of the costs involved in a new system. I will consider them when time comes to do the work.

Stay Cool replaced our AC/Furnace in our older home. After receiving several quotes, we felt most comfortable going with David /Stay Cool to do the work. The pricing was competitive, the service and response time was prompt and we felt we would get more personal attention from the Stay Cool team versus some of the other big companies. Everything is working beautifully and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Stay Cool and are happy we chose them to do the work for us.

Dave was accurate in his assessment when I spoke to him. He came out the very next morning which was a Sunday. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

He installed a smart thermostat for our home, and happily answered all of our extra questions about our system. I had an issue getting a smart thermostat connected to my system and in no time at all, Dave got it wired up and running. Super friendly and would absolutely use his company again!

Quick and highly efficient service!

Air conditioner quit during heat wave. Stay Cool had a cancellation, and was able to come out the same day we called. In one hour Stay Cool was able to diagnose and make the repair using the supply of parts they carry in their truck.

Owner David was very informative about my ac problems. He did not try and convince me to purchase any more than what I needed to get my system up and running. However suggestions were made.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, personable, competent, prompt and very reasonable price. While others said we had to get a whole new HVAC system, David was able to repair everything for a fraction of the price, and the very next day. Definitely one of the best.
